Gibraltar Rocks is a dramatic collection of gritstone formations on the western edge of Burbage Moor, not far from Hathersage Road. These jagged rocks resemble a miniature fortress and are popular with boulderers and photographers. Situated near the busy trails of Burbage Edge and Carl Wark, the rocks can be reached via easy paths from Surprise View car park. Their unique shapes and elevation provide impressive views toward Higger Tor and the Hope Valley.
